Wearable Tech Project
2018-2019
EcoGuard is a wearable synced with an app. It is designed to monitor air quality, keep your meds on schedule, flag high allergen levels, and release dissolvable allergy strips when you need them.
Project Brief
The direction of this project was to design a unique wearable technology accompanied by a cell phone app.
It focused heavily on gathering data from real life users (instead of contrived personas), learning how to create an intuitive user interface, and how packaging affects the perception of a products value.

Composition and Manufacturing
For this project, it was very important for me to figure out which components might be used to make this device functional as well as understand how they might fit inside the device and which processes might be used to manufacture it.
